Bedford Arrest Log: July 7-July 13
Several arrests have been reported for the week of July 7 to July 13, on charges including DUI, assault and loitering.

BEDFORD, NH — The following arrests were reported in the Bedford police log for the time period of Sunday, July 7 to Saturday, July 13. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.
Tuesday, July 9 — Justin M. Ptak, 42, of Amherst, was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and aggravated DWI. Bridgett A. Cooney, 37, of Nashua, was charged with suspension of vehicle registration, driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof.
Thursday, July 11 — Danielle S. Maxwell, 29, of Goffstown, was arrested on a bench warrant. A. W. W. Courchesne, 76, of Bedford, was charged with breach of bail, simple assault and obstructing report of a crime or injury. Christopher D. Green, 25, of Bedford, was charged with criminal mischief, breach of bail and disorderly conduct. Melissa Marie Hunt, 27, of Bedford, was arrested on a warrant. Robert G. Caswell, 60, of Manchester, was charged with operating after being certified as a habitual offender, driving without giving proof, disobeying an officer, driving under the influence (DUI) and having an open alcohol container in a vehicle.

Friday, July 12 — Nicholas P. Scott, 30, of Manchester, was charged with DUI.
Saturday, July 13 — Everest Benoubader, 21, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with disobeying an officer, DUI and driving after revocation or suspension. Jason A. Twigg, 38, of Winchester, was charged with loitering or prowling, driving after revocation or suspension and misuse of plates.
