BEDFORD, NH — FEEDNH.org donated a pretty big check to the Salvation Army Friday in Bedford.
The org, which is the charitable trust of Great NH Restaurants, in partnership with Tito's Handmade Vodka, made a $20,000 donation, which will be shared with corps in Laconia, Manchester, Nashua, and Salem.
"With anticipation that the kettles would be slow this year due to national hardships and fear from COVID-19, we felt the Salvation Army could benefit from a donation now more than ever," said Lisa Allen, the board chairwoman of FEEDNH.org. "We are excited to kick off the giving season and encourage those who are able to come out and contribute to their local Salvation Army kettle."
