Ferreras Named Regional Manager for Real Estate Office

BEDFORD, NH — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty of Bedford is pleased to announce the promotion of Cammie Ferreras to Regional Manager of the Bedford office. Cammie, who is an Associate Broker, has been a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire since 2006 and specializes in the purchase and sale of fine homes, first-time home buyers, investors, and short sales, according to a press statement.

“Real estate has been part of my life since I was a child, and with parents in contracting and real estate investing, and they have instilled upon me the importance of finding prospective homebuyers the perfect fit for their needs,” Ferreras said. “I look forward to bringing that passion to this new role, and connecting even more people and families with homes they love.”

Cammie is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is Loss Mitigation Certified, a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors, and has more than a dozen years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Fluent in French and learning Italian, Cammie is also the recipient of numerous sales and leadership awards.

In addition to sales, Cammie is also knowledgeable in home staging, real estate investing, pricing nuances, negotiations, home construction and repair estimates, and has a trusted network of contractors across New Hampshire. Combined with her understanding of real estate technology tools and services and her focus on customer service, she is proud to say she “has real estate in her DNA.”
