Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm House Fire In Bedford
Fire crews arrived to heavy smoke coming from a house on Catesby Lane. Crews quickly went to work searching for people, battling the fire.
BEDFORD, NH — Bedford fire and police responded to a reported basement fire at a house on Catesby Lane on Friday.
First arriving units reported heavy smoke coming from the residence and heavy fire inside. Firefighters searched the home and established a water supply. A second alarm was requested bringing in mutual aid from several surrounding towns.
Crews set up water shuttle and pumping from a local fire pond to provide a consistent water supply.

At this time it is not believed anyone was injured and all occupants of the residence escaped without injury.
