Goffstown, Londonderry Men Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Court

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Christopher Adler, 36, of Cedar Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and possession of alprazolam, both felonies, on July 30, 2020, in Manchester.

Nelson Alioduh, 39, of Center Street in Goffstown on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and groping an underage girl between Jan. 1, 2004, and Dec. 31, 2004, in Manchester.

Daniel Alpers, 37, of West Rosemont Avenue in Manchester on three felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 21 in Manchester.

Michael Arsenault, 34, of Ray Road in Henniker on possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of buprenorphine, possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on Sept. 26, 2020, in Manchester.

Vanessa Ault, 20, of Pine Hill Road in Nashua on accomplice to falsifying physical evidence and conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. She was accused of directing a man to put a gun in a dumpster in an effort to impair an investigation on Oct. 31, 2020, in Manchester.

Raymond Barrieau, 65, of Bailey Road in Washington on a felony issuing bad checks on Oct. 21, 2020, in Antrim.

Hunter Benoit, 18, of Claremont Avenue in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of using a vehicle as a weapon while traveling at a high rate of speed on Maple Street on Feb. 26 in Manchester.

Todd Bernatchez, 26, of Amherst Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman on Sept. 24, 2020, and Jan. 12 in Manchester.

Sandra Berthel, 29, of Fairfax Avenue in Derry on possession of meth with intent to dispense and possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense on Oct. 16, 2020, in Bedford.

Donald Booth, 74, of Partridge Lane in Londonderry on one count of felonious sexual assault and two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping and groping an underage girl between Jun 1, 2005, and May 31, 2008, in Manchester.

Sean Brown, 48, of Green Street in Manchester on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a pellet gun at motor vehicles on Nov. 8, 2020, in Manchester. Brown is a felon due to a sales of a controlled substance conviction from March 2006 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
