Hillsborough North Indictments: Manchester Man Threatens Mother

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

• Joshua Boulay of Manchester, NH was indicted for theft on Feb. 15, 2018 in Manchester. According to court documents, Boulay stole two sawhorses from Home Depot.
• Samantha Burns of Manchester, NH was indicted for possession of fentanyl on Oct. 22, 2017 in Manchester.
• Lori Charest of Manchester, NH was indicted for driving while deemed a habitual offender on Mar. 24, 2018 in Bedford.
• Dennis Chubbs of Manchester, NH was indicted for sale of crack cocaine and heroin to someone working with the Manchester Police Dept. on Mar. 12, 2018.
• Jorge Colon-Santiago of Manchester, NH was indicted on two counts of criminal threatening for pointing a knife and stating "If your mother comes home, I'm going to kill her" on Apr. 27, 2018 in Manchester. He was also charged with criminal mischief for damaging someone's car during the altercation.
• Quinn Corriveau of Manchester, NH was indicted for falsifying evidence on Mar. 12, 2018 in Manchester. According to court documents, Corriveau swallowed a brown powdery substance suspected of being heroin or fentanyl during a traffic stop.
• Lianne Davis of Manchester, NH was indicted for possession of crack cocaine on Apr. 14, 2018 in Manchdster.
• Calvin Degreenia of Manchester, NH was indicted for burglary on Mar. 19, 2018 in Manchester. According to court documents, he entered Mint Bistro on Elm Street with the intent to commit theft.
• Kevin Denebow of Manchester was indicted for first and second degree assault on Mar. 13, 2018 in Manchdster. According to court documents, he struck someone in the head with a glass mug resulting in cuts to the man's face.
• Heather Devlin of Burlington, MA was indicted for financial exploitation of an elderly adult while serving as a lawful guardian on Apr. 1, 2016 in Peterborough. She is accused of taking more than $2,500 from the man.
• Ryan Devoe of Danville, NH was indicted for possession of hydromorphone, a controlled drug, on Feb. 10, 2018 in Manchester.
• Roberta Dezainde of Bedford, NH was indicted for burglary on Apr. 3, 2018 in Manchester. According to court documents, she a home in Manchester with the purpose to commit theft.
• Paul Dimick of Manchester was indicted for possession of alprozolam, a controlled substance, on Jan. 17, 2018 in Manchester.
• Jesse Doyle of Manchester, NH was indicted for sale of fentanyl to a State Police informant on Aug. 4, 2016 in Manchester.
