BEDFORD, NH - Hooksett Police recently announced Active Shooter training exercises to be held Apr. 24 to 26 at the David R. Cawley Middle School, during the daytime hours.
"Unfortunately due to the catastrophic shootings that occur all too often, we find ourselves needing to be as prepared and trained as possible to respond to these types of tragic events," Police Chief Janet Bouchard said in a statement.
All sworn members of the Hooksett Police Department will be participating in the exercises, police said.
