Manchester Man Stole 15 iPads From Beech Street School

A Manchester man was arrested for stealing iPads from the Beech Street School in April.

MANCHESTER, N.H. - A Manchester man was arrested for stealing iPads from the Beech Street School in April.

According to Manchester Police, officers were called to the school on Apr. 16 to investigate missing electronics. After reviewing security records and working off an administrator's tip, police identified the man as the husband of one of their employee’s, so they provided his name to investigators.

Police said Robert Koehler, 43 of Manchester, NH allegedly gained entry to the closed facility on three separate occasions on April 14, 2018. Detectives prepared an arrest warrant (burglary) for Koehler and placed him into custody on May 24 without incident outside of his residence.

Koehler was picked up on the burglary warrant and also charged with violation of bail conditions stemming from a January domestic related charge. He was additionally charged with receiving stolen property on May 28 and booked in absentia from Hillsborough County House of Corrections after detectives recovered 15 iPads from Manchester Pawn.

Koehler was scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court on May 29.
