Manchester Police Bust Erratic Driver With Drugs
A Manchester driver was arrested with heroin and cocaine after being stopped by police yesterday.

MANCHESTER, NH - A Manchester driver was arrested with heroin and cocaine after being stopped by police yesterday.
According to Manchester Police, Steven LeClair, 41 of Manchester, New Hampshire was arrested and charged with charged with possession of controlled drug after officers allegedly saw him driving erratically in the area.
Police said officers noticed an an erratic driver near Lincoln Street and Manchester Street around 4:35 p.m. yesterday while working an enforcement patrol in the Queen City. Officers stopped the 2001 Honda Civic on Amherst Street, near Ashland Street after the operator weaved in and out of the travel lane on multiple occasions, police said.

When officers approached the vehicle they immediately noticed a “crack” pipe resting on the center console. They also located .6 grams of heroin inside of his vehicle. They also located .7 grams of crack cocaine and eight 10 mg Oxycodone pills from his pocket.
LeClair was charged with possession of controlled drug and possession of prescription drug. He was scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on May 2.
