Manchester Police are searching for a man suspected of several crimes in the area including an armed robbery last week.

BEDFORD, NH - Manchester Police are searching for a man suspected of several crimes in the area including an armed robbery last week.
Manchester Police said Richard Jose Feliciano, 28, no fixed address, is a a person of interest in several recent crimes, to include yesterday’s attempted robbery involving a knife.
This morning, officers responded to the area of Laurel Street and Maple Street after a passerby stated Feliciano “may have been seen” in the area but he was not located. )

Police said they initially identified Feliciano after responding to a suspicious person call near 186 Beech Street around 1:40 a.m. on Apr. 10.
Police said an officer noticed a male sleeping in the front seat of the vehicle, so they attempted to make contact with him. The man started his car and abruptly backed the vehicle up before speeding off in a southerly direction on Beech Street.

After following the vehicle and watching the suspect exit near 300 Silver Street, a brief foot pursuit took place before the officer lost sight of him.

Feliciano is described as 5’09, approximately 140 lbs. with hazel colored eyes and black hair.
