More Arrests In Ongoing Manchester Shooting Incidents

Angel Padilla-Nunez and Joshua DeJesus both from Manchester face felony charges in a shooting investigation on Laurel Street.

MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester Police have been investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Laurel Street that occurred on May 7th.

Manchester police responded to the area of 239 Laurel Street for a report of gunshots. Witnesses said that there was an argument in the alley behind the residence and someone in a car shot a gun in the air. No one was injured in the incident.

Police investigators identified Angel Padilla-Nunez, 23 of Manchester as the person who allegedly shot the gun. They also learned that Padilla-Nunez hid the gun. He was charged with reckless conduct and tampering with evidence, both felonies.

Padilla-Nunez was arrested on May 8th. He was arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court and was released on $500 cash/surety and ordered to stay away from the address and certain individuals listed by their initials.

Manchester police through further investigation determined that Joshua DeJesus of Manchester is accused of removing the gun from the car. DeJesus faces one count of Felony falsifying physical evidence and was arrested by police. A court date and bail status were not provided by the police.
