Longtime Bedford Mall Employee Dies at 91

BEDFORD - Theodora "Mary" Blanchart, 91, of Bedford died peacefully Sept. 25, 2013, at her home with of her three grandsons at her side.

She was born on March 30, 1922, in Manchester, the daughter of the late Theodor and Fredrica (Klardie) Roustis. She was a resident of Bedford for the last 80 years.

Theodora worked at the Hallmark store at the Bedford Mall for many years.

Family members include her son, Victor Blanchart of Port Charlotte, Fla.; son-in-law Ronald Jolicoeur of Bedford; six grandchildren, Thomas Jolicoeur of Manchester, Steven Jolicoeur and his wife Patty of Bedford, Brian Jolicoeur of Bedford, Victor Blanchart Jr. of Florida, Tina Larochelle of Allenstown and Corey Blanchart of Concord; her great-granddaughter and sidekick, Nicole Jolicoeur and four other great-grandchildren; sister, Lena Johnson of Manchester, and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Emile Blanchart; daughter, Carol E. Jolicoeur; and her brother, Ray Billodeau.
