Pincince Appointed Sales Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Manchester Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Bedford resident Aurora Pincince has been appointed sales manager of the company’s Manchester office. Pincince will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 16 affiliated sales associates serving homebuyers and sellers in Manchester, Concord, Nashua and the surrounding communities in Southern New Hampshire.

Pincince was previously a top-producing sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Bedford.

Pincince became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 12 years ago and has been licensed to sell real estate in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She earned a broker’s license in New Hampshire in 2013.

During her years as a sales associate, she was recognized with several awards for her sales accomplishments including the Coldwell Banker® International Sterling Society award, which is presented to the top 17 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® system.

Committed to her professional development, Pincince has completed comprehensive educational programs to earn several designations included Accredited Real Estate Professional, Relocation Specialist, New Homes Specialist and Certified Home Marketing Specialist.

Prior to her real estate career, Pincince spent 24 years as a teacher in public schools in Massachusetts.

Pincince earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and has completed extensive graduate work.

In her spare time, Pincince serves as an active member of the Bedford Garden Club and the Bedford Women’s Club and is a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Seton Parish.
