Cuthall: We Need A New Voice for State Rep District 41, Lisa Nash
Lisa will bring a moderate, sensible voice to Concord.

I won't be voting for Laurie Sanborn for re-election as State Representative for District 41. Laurie is clearly resting on her faded laurels. The simple fact is that Sanborn does not take her commitment seriously, as demonstrated by her poor attendance. Sanbornβs voting attendance is a paltry 53% vs. an average of 86% for her peers. Despite serving as a State Representative for the past 10 years, Sanborn has very little sponsorship of legislation.
Additionally, I have never received any response from Sanborn, despite reaching out to her a handful of times over her current 2-year term.
If there are extenuating circumstances, we cannot know because, as constituents, we receive zero communication from Sanborn. Sanborn's official Facebook page hasnβt been updated since 2014. She doesnβt answer emails. Let's not waste another 2 years with Sanbornβs lackluster commitment to her duties and Bedford residents.

In refreshing contrast, we have a great candidate for District 41 State Representative in Lisa Nash. Lisa is a caring and involved community leader who consistently shows up and gets things done. Lisa is a strong advocate for our public schools, donating countless hours as a volunteer. She is a two-time recipient of the Champions for Children award for her commitment to Bedfordβs schoolchildren. Lisa founded the popular KidsVote program at our schools. She has been President of the Parent Teacher Group twice as well as a longterm Executive Board member and past Chair of Stand By Me. Lisaβs ability to communicate and work with people from all backgrounds is exceptional. In recognition of her skills and community focus, Lisa was recently selected to Leadership New Hampshireβs Class of 2021.
Lisa will bring a moderate, sensible voice to Concord. To learn more about Lisaβs accomplishments in our community and issues that are important to her, visit her website at lisanash4nh.com.
As a reminder, all Bedford voters get one vote for State Representative for District 41 as well as six votes for District 7. Please join me in making sure your District 41 vote counts by voting for Lisa Nash!
