Allenstown Man Indicted On Attempted Burglary Charge: Court

Plus: Maine man accused of a gun threat and threatening to throw a woman into a woodchipper in Portsmouth; drug indictments; and more.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County.

Tammy A. Lombard, 52, of Beacon Street in Londonderry on a felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine and dextroamphetamine charge on Sept. 30, 2019, in Stratham.

Cynthia Kaye Auger, 56, of Phillip Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. She was accused of contacting a woman repeatedly via email and causing her to be contacted by various online merchants between April 1, and May 1, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of stalking.

Joel P. Barbosa, 35, of Durso Avenue in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft charge. He was accused of stealing lipstick and other cosmetics from CVS in Londonderry on Dec. 25, 2019. The charge was a felony due to two previous convictions.

Kyle T. Beaulier, 29, of Sargent Street in Allenstown on a felony attempted burglary charge. He was accused of attempting to open a window and access a home on 241 High Range Road in Londonderry between Oct. 5, and Oct. 9, 2018.

Tia E. Boomhower, 24, of Beede Hill Road in Fremont on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges. She was accused of being in possession of crack cocaine and fentanyl on July 10, 2020, in Plaistow.

Nigel S. Bridges, 35, of Fremont Road in Raymond on two felony assault by prisoners charges. He was accused of assaulting correction officers on Aug. 1, 2020, at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.

Thomas Joseph Burke, 52, of Harantis Lake Road in Chester on two felony possession of controlled drug charges. He was accused of being in possession of tramadol and/or fentanyl and naloxone and/or buprenorphine on June 12, and June 13, 2020, in Chester.

Kayla Butler, 28, of Winding Pond Road in Londonderry on a felony second-degree assault charge as well as two simple assault charges. She was accused of shoving another person into a car and punching them in the face which resulted in a concussion on July 31, 2020, in Londonderry.

Misty C. Campbell, 30, of Pine Street in Townsend, MA, on a felony possession of controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Sept. 9, 2020, in Salem.

Shari A. Carr, 51, of Fulton Street in Medford, MA, on two felony possession of controlled drug charges. She was accused of being in possession of lorazepam and amphetamine on June 16, 2020, in Salem.

Clifford M. Chapman, 38, of Beach Road in Salisbury, MA, on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Ashworth Avenue in Hampton on Aug. 1, 2020.

Nakiea M. Cherry, 35, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a 2007 Kia Sorrento, owned by another person, on Jan. 9, 2020, in Salem.

Kevin Joseph Clement, 36, of Prescott Road in Fremont on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges. He was accused of possessing buprenorphine and crack cocaine on Feb. 20, 2020, in Raymond after already being convicted of prior drug charges.

Jack Coffey, 61, of Brown Street in Westbrook, Maine, on three counts of domestic violence-simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, all felonies, as well as a single count of criminal threatening. He is accused of knocking a woman to the ground, grabbing her by the mouth with his hand, and pushing her, as well as threatening her with a firearm and threatening to throw her into a wood chipper in Portsmouth between Oct. 22, and Oct. 23, 2020. Previously, he was convicted on a violation of a protective order charge in Maine in 2017.
