Here's a rundown of events in some Patch communities on July 3, and July 4 (and around the Granite State, too).

Looking for things to do for the July 4th holiday week? Here are some of the events around Patch communities in New Hampshire (click on the links for more details) and the Granite State, too.
- Amherst: Friday, July 3, at Souhegan High School at dusk, including free balloon rides. There is also a parade on Saturday, July 4.
- Concord: Saturday, July 4, beginning at dusk at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street.
- Hampton-North Hampton: Saturday, July 4, on Hampton Beach at 9:30 p.m.
- Merrimack: The Sparkler 5K road race, a parade, family fun, and more at the Mastricola School.
- Milford: A bike parade, activities, and fireworks at Keyes Memorial Park.
- Nashua: All kinds of fun things during the day and then, concerts and fireworks at 9 p.m. at Holman Stadium.
- Portsmouth: Friday, July 3, fireworks at dusk from Leary Field on Junkins Avenue.
- Salem: Saturday, July 4, at Salem High School at dusk.
