Dennie Foss of Foss Motors joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s Exeter office

Exeter, NH – Brother and sister Dennie and Kate Foss are no strangers to family business. The latest in a long line of successful business owners – the Foss family, owners of Foss Motors – the two recently formed a real estate team, The Foss Group, as Dennie joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s Exeter office. The Foss Group will serve buyers and sellers in the Seacoast region.

With this latest venture, Kate and Dennie strive to continue the Foss legacy of success in business. In addition to their car dealership background, the Fosses have real estate in their blood. Their maternal grandmother owns multiple rental properties, and their late Grandfather John E. Gilmore started his own real estate office in Exeter.

Utilizing her degree in marketing, Kate Foss previously managed media buys for her family’s business, Foss Motors. After 10 years in the auto industry, she began a new endeavor and became a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate agent in 2010, joining Verani’s Exeter office. She has won multiple awards during her years in real estate, including the President Circle of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network, placing her in the top 4% of the Network for sales.

Dennie has dedicated himself for the last 22 years to the success of their family business, focusing on sales and finance. This spring, Dennie began his career in real estate and joined Verani’s Exeter office.
