Epping Man Arrested On DWI Twice In One Night

EPPING, NH — An Epping man has been arrested twice in one night, both times being charged with driving while intoxicated. Kenny Nguyen, 36, of Epping, was arrested twice on DWI on Sunday, overnight into Monday. He was held with no bail after the second arrest.

According to the State Police, Nguyen was stopped by police around 11:45 p.m. He was driving a white Honda Accord on Route 101 East, and that vehicle has previously been reported for driving erratically, police say. During the traffic stop, a state trooper saw signs of impairment and Nguyen was arrested on a DWI charge, police say. He was later released to the care of his spouse around 3 a.m. Monday.

A short time later, a state trooper was driving on Route 125 in Epping and saw Nguyen again behind the wheel, pulling into a commercial gas station, State Police say. The trooper confronted Nguyen, who again was arrested on a DWI charge. After this second arrest, Nguyen was held with out bail.
