Epping Woman Face Child Endangerment, Aggravated DUI Charges

Epping Woman was found unconscious while her 4-year-old son was in the back seat of her vehicle calling for help.

MANCHESTER, NH - On February 27, 2020 at approximately 2:45pm, Manchester Police responded to Sagamore Street near Elm Street for a woman who was unconscious at the steering wheel.

A child in the car was calling for help. When police arrived the woman was awake, but she was speaking slowly and slurring her words, and her eyes were bloodshot.

Manchester Fire and AMR, were able to safely remove the woman’s 4-year-old son from the backseat. The child was released to a family member.

The woman, identified as Kristie Moulton, 40 of Epping was charged with Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Liquor as well as Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Moulton was released on PR bail and has a court date of March 17, 2020.
