Outside of work and family Todd served on the Georgetown Affordable Housing Task Force, started the Peter Gammons Scholarship for under privileged students with The Foundation to be Named Later, raised money for various charities by running marathons, and most recently enjoyed sailing on the Gundalow as a volunteer crewman.

When asked about his new position as Exeter Area Chamber President, Todd stated, “I am honored to take on this exciting role. My initial goal is to provide value, leadership and representation to the business community adding to our mutual strength and success. Our area is rich in history and natural beauty but it is the spirit of the hearty, independent New England business person that makes our community strong, unique and forward thinking.”

The Chamber staff has done an outstanding job in continuing to provide services and programs to our members before Deluca came on to take over the organization.

The search process, according to a press statement, was successful because of the tremendous effort and commitment of the Search Committee which consisted of current Board members Jonathan Ring, Bill Beauchesne, Bill McGlincey, and Jason Sullivan. We also appreciate the contributions of Donna Buxton, Bill DaGiau, Rachel MacDonnell, Karen Drapaniotis and Darren Winham, who participated in the interview and selection process. Special thanks to Roy Aboody and Steve Davis of Staffing Sense who provided their human resource expertise and considerable time to support this process.

All of those involved with the search are very excited and optimistic about the opportunities ahead for the EACC under the guidance and leadership of Todd Deluca. Stay tuned for further updates and some exciting opportunities in the future.
