Exeter Man Faces Indecent Exposure, Computer Services Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Ada I. Pabon, 51, of Seventh Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Kohl’s in Plaistow on Feb. 20, 2019, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Richard W. Porter, 61, of School Street in Woburn, MA, on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge as well as stalking and two arson charges. He was accused of leaving a Molotov cocktail in the driveway of a man’s home and starting a fire in Candia on No. 9, 2020.

Thomas Rago, 49, of Folly Mill Road in Seabrook on a criminal threatening-domestic violence charge. He was accused of using a knife to threaten a family member by poking her and stating he would kill her on Dec. 28, 2020, in Seabrook.

Damien Miguel Santos, 35, of Searles Road in Nashua on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Home Depot in Plaistow on Aug. 14, 2020, and Walmart on Aug. 31, 2020, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Michael P. Searles, 33, of Witham Street in Springvale, Maine, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on July 17, 2020, in Kingston.

Anthony Shaw, 20, of Alder Street in Exeter on four counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited, indecent exposure or lewdness, and two endangering the welfare of a child charges, all felonies. Between Jan. 1, and March 18, he was accused of soliciting a teenage girl under 16 to engage in sexual activity, using a computer online service or Internet service to seduce, solicit, or entice a child into sexual activity, and sending her pictures of his penis in Exeter.

Nathan Singh, 26, of Drakeside Road in Hampton on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of drunken driving on Drakeside Road in Hampton on Oct. 3, 2020, causing a collision that injured another person including broken bones and a lung contusion.

Sheayna Lee Smit, 39, of Diamond Road in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Salem on June 28, 2019, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Amanda Lee Allen, 31, of Little River Road in Strafford on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent offense charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on July 28, 2020, in Northwood.

Christopher R. Al-Naulsi, 30, of Bentley Street in Salem on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 29, 2020, in Seabrook.

Christopher John Archambault, 55, of Jackson Road in Rochester on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell or dispense charges, fentanyl and meth, on July 28, 2020, in Northwood.
