Haley Promoted at Paradigm Health

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Paradigm Health Plans, LLC, an industry leader in self-funded health management plans headquartered in Portsmouth, is proud to announce Kelly Haley’s promotion to Director of Client Implementation and Service.

In her new role, Haley is responsible for the client implementation process as well as health-plan benefit management. In the future, she will also lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

Haley’s appointment is part of Paradigm’s new leadership initiative to bolster the company’s innovative business model, accelerate its success, and leverage the talents of its team members.

Since joining Paradigm last year, Haley has served as Director of Paradigm’s Member Advantage Program (MAP) and, most recently, led the company’s Project Management Office. She reports to Tiffany Diamond and continues to work out of the Portsmouth office.

Before joining Paradigm, Haley was Operations Manager for John Hancock Insurance’s Long-Term Care and Life Insurance sectors in the company’s Boston office. Previously, she served as Case Manager for John Hancock Financial Services’ Annuity Operations in Portsmouth.

Haley earned an MBA degree from Southern New Hampshire University-Manchester in 2012. She received her Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of New Hampshire-Durham in 2007. She resides in Exeter.
