Invitation to Newmarket Citizens!

Attention Newmarket Citizens,

Please accept this invitation to attend my payment of more than six thousand dollars to the Newmarket School District at 12 noon, on Friday, April 3oth, 2021 at the office of the Superintendent of Schools, Susan Givens.

I have decided to pay these fees which were awarded to the school district by the court prior to my scheduled hearing on the matter on May 3rd, 2021. My payment of these fees in no way concedes that the fees are due to the district. They are not.

The school district, your school district, repeatedly lied to the court in order to defraud me and the court (and you) out of my money. They committed perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, and falsification of public records in order to achieve victory. No one in Newmarket should be proud of the award or of their elected officials or superintendent.

I have decided to pay the fees now, while at the same time seeking justice with County Prosecutors and the NH Attorney Generals Office. The crimes committed by your school district cannot go unanswered. There will be legal accountability.

Once the criminal investigations have been completed, and some of these so-called public officers and employees are held accountable, I plan on recovering my six thousand dollars in a lawsuit I plan to bring against Newmarket.

Please know that I tried every possible way to resolve all of this for five years but to no avail. I have provided Newmarket residents with countless articles, comments, etc., in order to help prevent all of this from happening. I heard crickets coming from Newmarket.

The emotional and physical harm caused by Newmarket’s actions has been unforgivable. There will be legal accountability.

Newmarket has also wasted countless dollars and man-hours of the courts and prosecutors in their fraudulent activities.

Kim Shelton, Mike Kenison, Nathan Lunney, Elizabeth McKinney, Gary Swanson, and many more...sham on each and every one of you. You have violated your oaths of office, wasted local and state tax dollars, and decimated the reputation of Newmarket.
