Keep Your Students Out Of Newmarket Schools!
Newmarket Deserves Ethical and Law-abiding Public Officials and Employees. Until It Does, Keep Your Students Home!
Dear Newmarket residents,
Susan Givens and the Newmarket School Board continue to refuse to cease and desist in their pursuit of more than six thousand dollars awarded to the district regarding a motion I made to remove district attorney Barbara Loughman as legal counsel for the district in a new Right-to-Know case.
Givens, Shelton, McKinney, and the rest, refuse to dismiss this award despite their full knowledge that the district, through Loughman, repeatedly lied to the courts in order to win the attorney fees award.

They continue to refuse to dismiss the award despite all of the evidence proving the district lied to the courts and to County Prosecutors. They also continue to refuse to dismiss the award by lying through their teeth in order to stay out of jail!
In refusing to dismiss the ill-gotten award, these unethical bums could care less who they hurt or who they embroil in their criminal and unethical actions. They only care about keeping themselves out of jail.

The best news for me and you is the fact that we are all able to see publicly the evidence of their lies. We have the school board audiovisual recording of 12/17/2015 where Al Zink informs the world how the search committee met in November 2015 and what they accomplished.
Yet, despite this recording, Susan Givens and the rest of these and previous bums who served on the board, like Al Zink and Mike Kenison, Newmarket has been telling our courts and prosecutors this committee neer met! And all on the taxpayer dime.
We are also fortunate to have the names of every member who served on the 2015 screening committee ( separate and distinct committee), a committee which the school district has repeatedly informed the courts sealed the minutes of their meetings.
Two of these members, Al Zink and Town Manager Steve Fournier have already stated that this committee did not seal the nonpublic minutes as stated by Givens, Shelton, and the rest. It was all a lie.
However, you do not have to believe me. You are free to ask Julia Leary, Anna Davenport, Patricia Ballentyne, Penney Botterman, Sean Pine, Greg Thayer, and others, who’s telling the truth and who is lying. But of course, there is no question that these bums have been lying to our courts and prosecutors on the backs of the Newmarket taxpayer.
All of the above has been reported to law enforcement and prosecutors, the Attorney General, and even the Governor. Criminal and unethical activity by public employees and elected officials always ends badly, and I predict...this will end badly for Newmarket.
