Lawrence Man Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Daniel J. Adorno, 25, of Grafton Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of suboxone charges, all felonies, on Nov. 13, 2019, in Salem.

Evan Anaya, 27, of Mechanic Street in Manchester on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving at excessive speeds on Interstate 93 in Salem on Dec. 1, 2019, causing an accident while under the influence of drugs.

Raymond Archacki, 37, of Laraway Court in Derry on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of firing a gun at a mirror hanging on a wall in his apartment near another person who could be injured between May 1, and June 29, 2017, in Derry.

Kevin N. Auguste, 32, of Sylvan Drive in Dover on a felony habitual offender charge on Sept. 26, 2019, on Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth.

Courtney Avery, 27, of Main Street in Georgetown, MA, on a felony bail jumping charge on Nov. 21, 2019, in Brentwood.

Brian M. Barry, 51, of Pleasant Street in Salem on a felony habitual offender charge on Pleasant Street in Salem on Oct. 2, 2019.

Kevina R. Bonds, 28, of Regina Road in Dorchester, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. Bonds is accused of receiving more than $1,500 worth of stolen property from Macy's, Victoria Secret, The Gap, and other stores on Nov. 23, 2019, in Salem.

Vunai Aiko Calderon, 25, of Sheridan Street in Lynn, MA, on a felony possession of amphetamine as well as misdemeanor DUI and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle charges in Portsmouth on Dec. 21, 2018.

Matthew Chenard, 35, of Hampstead Road in Derry on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a dehumidifier owned by ServPro and valued at more than $1,500 between Dec. 1, 2018, and March 8, 2019, in Derry.

Nakiea M. Cherry, 34, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony escape charge. She's accused of failing to return to the Rockingham County House of Corrections on Jan. 14 after temporarily being released for a medical treatment.

Jason Aaron Chick, 32, of Franklin Street in Somersworth on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 5, 2019, in Greenland.

Tammy Clark, 42, of Branns Mills Road in Starks, Maine, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on June 22, 2019, in Portsmouth.
