Londonderry Man Indicted In Baseball Bat Attack Case: Court

Seabrook man indicted in racially-motivated assault incident; Portsmouth woman faces drug sale charges; Derry man accused of strangulation.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Daniel Colantoni, 34, of Jesse George Road in Plaistow on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 26, 2020, in Plaistow.

Justin Gilbert Cole, 31, of Calef Highway in Manchester on possession of methamphetamine and delivery of articles prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of the drug while inside the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on Oct. 11, 2020.

Ronald Jonathan Cooper III, 23, of Hampstead Road in Derry on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of saying, "How would you feel if something happened to your family because of you?," "Dead man tell no tales," and other comments, in an attempt to induce a woman to withhold information during a Derry police investigation on May 11, 2019.

Jason Currier, 24, of Chases Grove Road in Derry on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman, grabbing her genitals, and pushing her against a wall on Nov. 20, 2020, in Derry.

Joseph L. Decosta, 46, of Royal Lane in Londonderry on second-degree assault charge and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of attacking another person with a baseball bat, fracturing their skull and causing lacerations and bruising.

Kenny Deras, 33, of East 18th Street in Patterson, New Jersey, on identity fraud, fraudulent use of a credit card, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining control of more than $8,200 in jewelry from Lord & Taylor by posing as another and using their credit card in Salem on April 13, 2019.

John Kenneth Doran, 62, of Halls Way in Seabrook on a criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge, extended term of imprisonment, as well as two simple assault, extended term of imprisonment, charges. He was accused of pointing a gas pump nozzle at another person and stating, "Back the f--- up n----- before I burn the f--- out of you" or words to that effect and punching the person on July 29, 2020, in Seabrook.

Danielle Duguay, 44, of Middle Street in Portsmouth on two felony sale of a controlled drug charges, modafinil and lisdexamfetamine, on March 3, 2020, in Portsmouth.

Trevor J. Dyer, 24, of Poplar Drive in Raymond on conspiracy to commit tampering with witnesses and informants, false reporting of accidents, and two conspiracy to commit false reporting of accidents charges, all felonies. He was accused of requesting an employee of Kingpin's Lounge to withhold video footage from police and of colluding with another to give false information to police in Raymond between Aug. 2, and Aug. 3, 2020, after a crash.

Amy I. Eldridge, 42, of Catfish Lane in Lebanon, Maine, on theft of services and unauthorized use of propelled vehicle or rented property charges. She was accused of failing to return a vehicle to Hertz Rental in Portsmouth on June 17, 2020.

Cameron Gamble, 22, of Old Lakeshore Road in Gilford on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute (more than 5 grams) charge on June 16, 2020.

Andrew Gomez, 39, of North Shore Road in Derry on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methylphenidate charge after an incident on Sept. 22, 2020, in Chester.
