Maine Woman Arrested By Sheriffs On Heroin Sale Charge

BRENTWOOD, NH — Kevin Tyson Brittingham, 46, of Newfields Road in Exeter was arrested on Feb. 7, 2020, on a witness tampering charge.

Kerbie Anne O'Connor, 30, of Tamarck Lane in Winthrop, Maine, was arrested on Feb. 5 on a judge's order to arrest on a probation violation on a heroin sale charge.

Luis Antonio Portalatin, 32, of Forrest Park in Wallkill, New York, was arrested on Feb. 3 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of theft by deception and on a judge's order to arrest for forged bank check.

Mark Travis George, 32, of Pinkerton Street in Derry was arrested on Feb. 3 on a judge's order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of transporting drugs.

Kayla Marie Houle, 26, of Epping Street in Raymond as arrested on Jan. 30 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at a view of a controlled premises; drug kept charge.

Richard A. Dalphond, 36, of Candia Road in Manchester was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on Jan. 29.

Keith Warren Kimball, 38, of Caritier Street in Manchester was arrested on Jan. 28 on a judge's order to arrest on a methamphetamine possession charge.

Melissa McKay Whittum, 46, of Shady Lane in Farmington was arrested on Feb. 27 on four felonies first warrants for failure to appear at a dispositional conference on a habitual offender charge, possession of fentanyl, possession of gabapentin, and disobeying an officer.

Christopher Tyrone Hall, 26, of Shelley Drive in Hudson was arrested on Jan. 24 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on four theft by unauthorized taking charges.

Cole Michael Nephew, 36, of Farnham Street in Roxbury, MA, was arrested on Jan. 23 on a felonies first warrant for vop-theft.

Frank Joseph Barry, 58, of Village Street in Penacook was arrested on Jan. 22 on a judge's order to arrest for voc-restitution on a welfare fraud charge.

Michael Thomas Differ, 26, of Elm Street in Merrimack was arrested on Jan. 21 on a judge's order to arrest for vop-fentanyl possession.
