Newmarket Depravity

The Newmarket NH School Board and Superintendent, Susan Givens have been violating RSA 91-A (Right-to-Know Laws) in order to keep lawsuits and other legal issues from becoming public knowledge. Not only do these actions violate RSA 91-A, but they also violate RSA 641 (falsifying public records) as well as the public trust.

Newmarket School Board members past and present swore oaths to adhere to NH laws. In this, they have failed miserably. The names of Kenison, Lunney, Shelton, Givens, Nadeau, Loughman, and many others will long be remembered for their unethical actions which have caused Newmarket so much money and grief.

In addition to criminal allegations having been filed with state law enforcement officials and the NH Dept. of Education, Newmarket is now facing additional court action for its continued violations of RSA 91-A, as well as allegations of educator misconduct against the school board members and Givens.

The depths of depravity the school board has been willing to sink to is nothing short of startling. Perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, falsification of public records, and the continued assault on me and my family with their continued pursuit of attorney fees which were awarded based upon their criminal and unethical actions.

The school district continues to engaged attorney Barbara Loughman (at Newmarket taxpayer expense.) at the rate of approximately $250.00 per hour to do much of the school district’s dirty work. Attorney Loughman has committed perjury on behalf of the district in her misguided, unethical, and law-breaking defense of the district.

Loughman’s unscrupulous tactics in defending the district, line her purse with Newmarket taxpayer dollars. Going forward, Loughman stands to reap the harvest of many more tens of thousands of Newmarket dollars based upon hers and Givens violations of RSA 91-A, criminal allegations, and a new lawsuit which I will soon be filing.
