Newmarket School Board Petition

Mike Kenison, Kim Shelton, Gary Swanson, Amy Tilton, And Elizabeth McKenny Must Be Removed From Office!

Dear Newmarket, NH School Board members Mike Kenison, Gary Swanson, Elizabeth McKenny, Kim Shelton, and Amy Tilton,

Given the extent of the crimes committed against the state by each of you, crimes which include perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, etc., and given that none of you have had the honor or decency to resign your elected positions voluntarily, I find it incumbent upon me to seek your removal from office in Superior Court.

In support of my petition to have you all removed, I anticipate deposing and subpoenaing witnesses, including Penney Botterman, Patricia Ballantyne, Julia Leary, Steve Fournier, Al Zink, Mike Kenison, Clay Mitchell, Arlon Chaffee, and others.

You have all violated your oath of office and disgraced Newmarket and yourselves. The fraud and coverups you have engaged in against me during my pursuit of justice are reprehensible. The same is true regarding your secret and illegal actions concerning what happened with Chris Mazzone.

The lack of transparency you have all engaged in, including votes taken in secret by you for the purpose of obstructing justice and to further shield yourselves from criminal accountability is unforgivable.

While I have no doubt you will all expend Neamrket taxpayer dollars in defending my petition to have you each removed from office, and that you will engage Barbara Loughman to defend you, no amount of money or lies will help you in this case. The facts of the case are incontrovertible.

There are currently 3 criminal investigations underway, that I am aware of, concerning allegations of criminal behavior by Susan Given’s Barbara Loughman and the Board. While I await the results of these investigations, I feel compelled to seek your removal now, in order to prevent the continued illegal and unethical actions.

In a last attempt to encourage you to take the high road, I implore you to admit what you have done, resign, and accept the consequences of your actions.

Jeffrey Thomas Clay
