Newmarket School Officials Are Seriously Depraved

Morally and Ethically Bankrupt! This Is The State Of Affairs In The Newmarket School District

Members of the Newmarket, NH School Board, past and present, as well as superintendents Nadeau and Givens, are all morally and ethically bankrupt. These people should not be serving in public education in any manner. These people have engaged in perpetrating frauds on our state courts, obstructing justice, and falsifying public records, among other crimes and unethical and immoral acts.

Today, even with the full knowledge of their actions, these morally and ethically challenged individuals refuse to admit their wrongdoing, apologize, or make amends for all of the harm they are responsible for. Instead, they continue to deny, deny, and deny. All at taxpayer expense.

There are some in Newmarket who blame me for the many thousands of dollars expended by these public officials and employees. This blame is misplaced and wrong-headed. I am a victim of these people’s crimes just as Newmarket taxpayers are victims of them spending public tax dollars to defend their wrongdoing with lies to the courts.

I have repeatedly provided evidence to the people of Newmarket in support of my allegations and identified the crimes being committed, yet, some still say “tell us more.” In response to this request, I say do some research yourselves. Ask your elected officials and superintendents if all of my allegations are true.

But of course, all Newmarket really needs to do is read the court documents and then look at the evidence. Or better yet, ask those involved!

Ask Al Zink if the 2015 superintendent search committee met on November 5th through the 8th of 2015. Court and criminal investigator reports clearly state Newmarket telling the court this committee never met. Then ask Mr. Zink to watch the 12/17/2015 audiovisual recording of the school board meeting where he informs the world how that committee did meet on those dates and what they accomplished. Ask him to explain this conflict. I can...it’s called perjury.

Then there is Newmarkets second big lie to the courts, that the 2015 superintendent screening committee sealed their nonpublic meeting minutes. You can find this lie throughout the many court documents. Then, Newmarket residents can go and ask local citizens who served on that committee if this is true or false. I can tell you it’s false because two members of that committee, Steve Fournier and Al Zink have both already stated they were not sealed.

However, I encourage Newmarket citizens to ask the questions anyway. Here are a few locals who served on that committee: Greg Thayer, Anna Davenport, Wendy Monroe, Patricia Ballentyne, Sean Pine, and others. You can also ask Penney Botterman. She was not only at these meetings, she knows there were no minutes kept of either of the meetings.

Now I have provided all of this information to Newmarket Police Chief Kyle True and asked him to watch the video and ask these same people who are telling the truth. Additionally, I have notified the attorney general’s office and the department of education. The truth is coming.

Remarkably, Kim Shelton, Elizabeth McKinney, Al Zik, Mike Kenison, Nathan Lunney, and so many more Newmarket elected officials have known all along with the truth, yet, they lied. And at taxpayer expense. And not one of these cowards has had the decency to come forward and admit what took placed. This is the sorry state of affairs that is Newmarket today.

And if all of the above is not bad enough, the school district was so successful in their unethical and criminal actions that the court awarded the district attorney fees for my motion to have attorney Barbara Loughman removed from the case because she represented the lies!

Today, Newmarket refuses to admit what they did and continue to seek attorney fees. These actions are not only criminal, but they are also the actions of seriously depraved and sick people.
