Newmarket School Superintendent Susan Givens Must Resign!
Susan Givens has acted unethically and has violated our laws and must resign!
Dear Newmarket School Superintendent Susan Givens,
I recently received approximately 10 responses to RSA 91-A requests I previously made to the NMSD. Please know that the responses I received were inadequate and not only constitute violations of RSA 91-A, but also RSA 641 (crimes).
These deplorable, unethical, and illegal actions by you will not be tolerated. In addition to petitioning the court for relief under 91-A, I will be filing new criminal allegations against you personally under RSA 641 in these matters.

I implore you to stop violating the law and comply with all of my 91-A requests. You do not have the right to expend taxpayer dollars for legal fees to coverup your and the school board’s personal criminal activity or that of attorney Loughman.
I also urge you to immediately withdraw your court petition seeking attorney fees regarding my motion to have attorney Loughman removed as legal counsel in my previous 91-A case. You are absolutely aware that the school district and attorney Loughman committed perjury, fraud, and obstructed justice in defending the school district in my previous cases.

You are aware fully that the 2015 superintendent screening committee did not seal any of their nonpublic meeting minutes as there are none, and you are fully aware that the search committee did hold meetings on November 5th through the 8th 2015, as evidenced by Al Zinks his own admission recorded on the school boards 12/17/2015 audiovisual school board meeting,
Continuing down this path of criminal activity, a path you and most of Newmarket residents, as well as several law enforcement agencies, are all fully aware of the crimes committed by you the district. Continuing down this road of criminal activity at taxpayer expense is wrong and will not be tolerated.
