Newmarket Town Manager's Silence Unforgivable!

Newmarket, New Hampshire Is A Lost Cause!

Newmarket must demand the resignation of Susan Givens and members of the Newmarket School Board for their illegal, unethical, immoral, and incompetent actions. These actions have brought disgrace to the town, wasted (misappropriated) many tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars, and caused personal harm to individuals.

I am calling on every Newmarket resident to come out and protest for the resignations of these publicly appointed and elected bums who have caused so much harm. NO MORE! The students, staff, and residents deserve public servants who will obey the laws and rules of the state, honor their oaths of office, and act in the best interest and will of the public!

By now, most people in Newmarket know I have been telling the truth about these bums. The witnesses and other evidence are in plain sight for all to see and learn. have recently filed new criminal allegations of extortion against Susan Givens, Kim Shelton, and others, as well as numerous other crimes committed by them with law enforcement.

Newmarket’s Town Manager, Steve Fournier deserves some blame for the misappropriation of Newmarket taxpayer’s money on legal fees by the school district which was used to commit perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, etc.

Fournier was repeatedly made aware, by me, of the illegal and unethical acts of the school district. Moreover, he was personally aware that the school district was lying to the courts and committing other crimes concerning the ongoing litigation as he served on the superintendent screening committee and was present in the room where Al Zink informed him how the search committee did hold meetings.

Fournier, with all of his knowledge of what had and what was taking place, owed it to the taxpayers of Newmarket, his oath of office, and to justice, to have asked questions of his fellow committee members regarding the nearly five-year-long litigation and criminal investigations which took place and cost so much taxpayer money and defiled justice.

Both Al Zink and Fournier have come out and stated the screening committee did not seal any nonpublic meeting minutes as the school district has repeatedly informed the courts and prosecutors. So with this knowledge, why didn’t Fournier reach out and ask his fellow committee members, including Greg Thayer, Sean Pine, Wendy Moore, Anna Davenport, Pat Ballentine, or Penny Botterman to confirm or deny whether or not the meeting minutes were sealed? Had he done so, Newmarket taxpayers could have saved more than one hundred thousand dollars and the town’s reputation.

The same is true regarding the school boards repeated lies to the courts and prosecutors claiming the search committee never meet. As I stated, Fournier was in the room when Al Zink informed him and everyone else that the search committee consisting of Al Zink, Clay Mitchell, Arlon Chaffee, Craig Dionne, and Kim Shelton did hold meetings on November t5th through the 8th, 2015. So why did Fournier not seek the truth? He certainly could have reached out to Zink, Shelton, or any of the others, or even Penney Botteman who helped set up the meetings.

Newmarket is in a state of crisis. Fraud, perjury, obstruction of justice, extortion are the current methods being employed by publicly elected and appointed bums. All the while many of Newmarkets best-known citizens turn a blind eye.

The Newmarket taxpayer is being taken advantage of and the entire community is being made out to be one of the most corrupt and unethical communities in the state.
