NH Driver Hit 108 MPH On Route 101: Police
NH State Police said an officer in an aircraft clocked a driver at 108 mph on Route 101.

RAYMOND, NH — A New Hampshire woman was cited Monday afternoon after police said she was clocked driving 108 mph on Route 101 in Raymond. Ashley Harrington, 25, of Raymond, was charged with reckless driving. Police said she was driving a 2005 Honda Pilot sport utility vehicle at the time.
A New Hampshire State Police trooper in an aircraft clocked Harrington driving 108 mph in a 65 mph zone at about 2 p.m. on the eastbound side of Route 101, according to State Police Captain Christopher Vetter. An officer on the ground pulled Harrington over and cited her. She is due to answer to the charge at Candia District Court November 14.
"The NH State Police Special Enforcement Unit regularly interdicts elevated speed violations and other aggressive driving behaviors," Vetter said in a statement. "Its members patrol across the state often utilizing the State Police aircraft during commuter traffic periods and holiday travel times with the goal of keeping New Hampshire’s roadways safe for all residents and visitors."
