Open Letter to the Newmarket, NH School Board
Criminal and Unethical Acts By Public Servants Will Not Be Tolerated!
Dear Newmarket School Board Members,
The Newmarket School District is currently involved in criminal and unethical activities, including perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, and the attempted theft of more than six thousand dollars from me awarded to the district as a result of the district's criminal and unethical acts.
In an attempt to hide these criminal and unethical acts, the school district has committed additional crimes and unethical acts.

By engaging in these unlawful and disgraceful acts, the Newmarket school district has disgraced itself, the Newmarket professional teaching staff, every Newmarket student, and the entire community.
On April 20, 2021, I will be submitting to the Attorney General's Office of Public Integrity my allegations against each member of the current school board for investigation and seeking your removal from public office. Newmarket deserves better. New Hampshire deserves better.

It’s important for you all to know that I have also filed criminal allegations against Superintendent Givens and school district attorney Barbara Loughman with county prosecutors alleging perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, etc.
Most recently, I have filed new criminal allegations against Susan Givens and Barbara Loughman with Chief True of the NMPD and also Patricia Conway of the Rockingham County Prosecutors office. Alleging violations of RSA 641 (falsifying evidence ).
Many Newmarket residents have asked me to explain exactly what the district did wrong; something I have done on numerous occasions and explain again now.
When the school district was taken to court regarding allegations they violated Right-to-Know, Laws concerning the hiring of Superintendent Merideth Nadeau, rather than admitting the truth of the violations, the district lied to the court in order to avoid accountability.
The district lied when it informed the court that the search committee never met, and again when it claimed the screening committee sealed its non-public meeting minutes. These lies were then repeated by the district to the NH Supreme Court.
Then, the district repeated these same lies a second time during new litigation when I filed a motion to remove attorney Loughman as legal counsel accusing her of lying to both of the courts in my previous litigations. Which she did.
Now, based upon all of the lies told by the district, lies each of you on the board are certainly aware of, the district is now engaged in the attempted theft of my money. And at the same time, expending Newmarket taxpayer money to perpetuate your crimes.
The proof of all that I have alleged is readily available for everyone to see, should they decide to open their eyes. The audiovisual video of the 12/17/2015 school board meeting is proof that the search committee did meet, and the court documents reflecting Al Zink and Steve Fournier both stating the screening committee minutes were not sealed.
With all of the above stated, Kim Shelton, Elizabeth McKinney, Gary Swanson, Heather Durant, Andrew Haemker, you are all disqualified from serving in public office. You have violated your oaths of office.
