Open letter to Newmarket School Board members

Integrity Matters!

Kim Shelton, Gary Swanson, Heather Durant, Elizabeth McKinney, Andrew Haemker, forgive the award of attorney fees awarded to the district concerning my Motion to remove Barbara Loughman as legal counsel for the district.

Attorney Loughman lied to the courts on behalf of the school district in order to hide violations of RSA 91-A committed by the school board. Lying to the court is a felony.

You are all fully aware that the 2015 superintendent Search Committee did meet on November 5th through the 8th 2015. If you have any doubts, click this link and listen to the school board meeting where Al Zink informs everyone the Search Committee did meet and what they accomplished.

You are all also aware that the 2015 superintendent screening committee did not seal their meeting minutes as Loughman informed the court. She lied again for the exact same reason. You know the truth because Al Zink and Steve Fournier have both stated the minutes were not sealed. More importantly, there are no nonpublic meeting minutes.

Lastly, you are fully aware that former superintendent Meridith Nadeau redacted more than 13 K documents concerning these two committees’ meetings. These documents were redacted in violation of RSA 641 (Falsifying evidence) which is a felony. You have access to these documents. Read them. You will see crimes were committee and the award of attorney fees were done so due to perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, and falsification.
