Protecting a School District By Committing Crimes

Protecting a school district from legal accountability regarding wrongdoing by public officials and employees is not contained in the oath of office of any school board member takes; nor is it contained in RSA 91-A; nor is it contained in any NH DOE Rule.

What is contained in the oath, laws, and rules is the requirement that all public officials and employees conduct themselves in all matters in adherence to our laws and rules; to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity.

Newmarket school district officials, to the detriment of all that is good about public education, the law profession, and ethics, have taken the low road in their most corrupt, illegal, and unethical attempts to protect the Newmarket school district.

This low road was paved with perjury, fraud, obstruction of justice, along with other crimes and rules violations by Mike Kenison, Susan Givens, Barbara Loughman, Gary Swanson, Kim Shelton, Elizabeth McKinney, Amy Tilton, and many others, past and present.

Today, these corrupt, unethical, and law-breaking bums are involved in trying to steal more than six thousand dollars from me and my family. In order to succeed in this scheme, these public officials, employees, and attorneys committed all of the crimes identified above; and in doing so, they disgraced themselves, their constituents, and their professions.

What a horrible lesson these Newmarket bums have taught the students of Newmarket: Lie, cheat, steal, do whatever it takes to coverup wrongdoing...never take responsibility for your own actions.
