Salem, Seabrook Men Indicted On Reckless Conduct Charges: Court
Plus: Elderly Windham man indicted on bad check charges; Brooklyn man accused of passing funny money; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Crystal Ann DiFranco, 26, of Pembroke Street in Derry on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 18, 2019, in Salem.

Aaron L. Doucette, 28, of Nutes Road in Milton on felony possession of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges. He is accused of attempting to conceal drugs while in the backseat of a Portsmouth police cruiser on Dec. 17, 2019.
Kenneth C. Dushane, 59, of Haigh Avenue in Salem on felony theft by deception and fraudulent retail transaction charges. He is accused of transferring five or more UPC labels to deprive Lowe's in Salem of the proper price of items between Aug. 1, and Nov. 18, 2019.

Christopher E. Ellson, 23, of Cornwell Court in Salem on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He is accused of driving the wrong way on Interstate 93 in Windham, endangering others, on Dec. 13, 2019.
Christopher Flanagan, 41, homeless in Salem on possession of meth and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Dec. 10, 2019, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a prior offense.
Marlin Fogg, 37, of South Main Street in Seabrook on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and criminal restraint charges, all felonies. He is accused of driving in an erratic manner, endangering another person, and assaulting and choking the victim, and taking their keys so they could not flee on Oct. 13, and Oct. 14, 2019, in Portsmouth.
[Name Withheld], 66, of Dunraven Road in Windham on two felony issuing bad checks charges. He is accused of writing bad checks to a contractor in Salem on July 9, and July 11, 2019, valued at $20,000.
Aiyla Griffin, 27, of Mill Street in Dover on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 6, 2019, in Greenland.
Rachel Sue Holt, 28, of Springfield Road in Georges Mills on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 23, 2019, in Auburn.
Ligory B. Horismas, 19, of Montgomery Street in Brooklyn, New York, on two felony forgery charges. He is accused of defrauding Michaels and Famous Footwear in Seabrook on Jan. 16 by passing counterfeit bills.
Dustin J. Howland, 26, of Salmon Falls Road in Rochester on a felony bail jumping charge. He is accused of failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood on Oct. 11, 2019, as required by his personal recognizance bail.
