There will be some sun and some rain this weekend in New Hampshire, according to weather forecasters.

EXETER, NH - While the weather could change, if you’re looking to get out and about this weekend, Friday night and Saturday during the day are going to be the best bets weather-wise, according to forecasters.
Expect some showers to move into New Hampshire on Saturday, probably in the early evening, followed by cloudy skies and a slight chance of rain on Sunday.
AccuWeather.com meteorologists are suggesting that even though May has been a bit on the cool side – about three to five degrees below average – temperatures are trending up for next week and the rest of the month.

If you’re watching – or betting – on the Preakness Stakes on Saturday in Baltimore, expect the track to be a bit sloppy.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:
Tonight: A chance of showers before 8 p.m. while skies remain cloudy with temperatures in the mid-40s, slightly warmer on the coast.
Friday: Mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid-to-upper-70s and a northwest wind of 5 to 10 mph. Clear during the evening with temps in the mid-40s.
Saturday: Partly sunny skies with highs in the mid-70s and a light breeze, with slightly cooler temperatures on the Seacoast. During the evening though, showers are expected after 10 or 11 p.m. with temps in the low 50s.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers during the day and highs in the mid-to-upper-60s. During the evening, rain is possible with lows in the upper 40s.
There’s a slight chance of lingering rain on Monday and Tuesday.
