10-Foot Tides Expected In Hampton
According to town officials, Labor Day weekend in Hampton will be accompanied by high tides, exceeding 10 feet high at times.
HAMPTON, NH — Town officials have issued a high tide warning in Hampton, in effect Thursday evening through Tuesday evening. At times, the tides are expected to be higher than 10 feet. Residents and visitors are asked to take precautions.
Hampton town officials recommend that residents move their vehicles away from the water. Some flooding may occur. Also, they should tie down their trash and recycling containers.
