Affordable Care Health Care Act Forum to be Held
North Hampton officials will conduct mosquito spraying on Wednesday evening after EEE was detected in some mosquitoes by state health officials.

Hampton area residents who have many questions about the Affordable Health Care Act, also known as Obamacare, will have an opportunity to have those questions addressed.
A group of Hampton state lawmakers are holding an Affordable Health Care Act public forum this Thursday at the Hampton Lane Memorial Library titled, "What Does It Mean to Me," from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. that promises to be well attended.
Also this week, North Hampton officials announced that mosquito spraying will take place on Wednesday evening in several areas after state health officials detected EEE, or Eastern Equine Enchephalitis, in a batch of mosquitoes that were tested. Town officials continue to urge residents to take precautions to protect themselves from the mosquito-borne disease.
Town Department of Public Works Director Keith Noyes will put together a proposed plan to charge Hampton businesses for multiple trash collection and report back to the selectmen next week after the selectmen asked him to do this at the their last meeting.
The Hampton School District is also sponsoring a school safety forum for parents, teachers and guardians at the Hampton Academy on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 6:30 p.m. A second presentation will be made on Thursday morning at 8:45 a.m. at the Marston School.
