The Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting recently at Route 1 Kettlebell, 845 Lafayette Road, Hampton.
Route 1 Kettlebell was born when a group of certified kettlebell teachers, kettlebell sport competitors, a runner, and an obstacle race enthusiast began to talk about what their “Dream Gym” experience would be. As often happens when passion meets hard work, everything quickly came together and their mutual dreams became a reality when they found the Hampton, New Hampshire facility that is now Route 1 Kettlebell. While kettlebells are their first love, their program offers so much more than “just” kettlebells!
