A man charged with pulling a driver out of his vehicle and beating him in a parking lot as well as an alleged burglar accused of witness tampering are both scheduled to appear in Hampton District Court on Wednesday.
Cody F. Russ, 21, of Hampton, faces simple assault and criminal mischief charges for a Dec. 7 altercation in the drive-thru lane of the downtown Dunkin' Donuts. Police have said the assault caused a car accident, while Russ' sister has told Patch there is far more to the story because her brother is a victim.
Jennifer M. Griffin, 24, of Hampton, faces an intimidation count of tampering with witnesses and informants in connection to her actions following a Nov. 28 burglary charge.
Both individuals are scheduled for arraignment at 8:30 a.m.
