Extreme Air of New Hampshire Hosts Workshop Feb. 3
The event will be held at the Lincoln Akerman School in Hampton Falls.

HAMPTON FALLS, NH — Extreme Air of New Hampshire – the state’s only nationally-competitive jump rope team – is hosting a jump rope workshop on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017, at the Lincoln Akerman School in Hampton Falls. USA Jump Rope certified coaches and judges will conduct the jump rope workshop, along with the nationally-competitive members of the Extreme Air team.
There is no jump rope experience required for interested participants, and the workshop is open to anyone aged 7 years or older. Registration for this event is at 4:30 p.m., with the workshop running from 5 to 7 p.m. on Feb. 3. In case of snow, the make-up date is Feb. 10.

Extreme Air of New Hampshire is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of jump rope by training amateur athletes for national competition and by educating the public about the benefits of jump rope as a fun, physically challenging and rewarding activity for athletes of all ages and abilities.
