Hampton Arrest Log: Aug. 12-Aug. 18

HAMPTON, NH — The following arrests were reported in the Hampton police logs for the time period of Aug. 12 to Aug. 18. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, Aug. 12 — Yesenia Daleus-Perez, 27, of Franklin, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI. Michael Choquette, 33, of North Adams, Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, Aug. 13 — Trestian Vlad-Mihai, 22, was charged with having an open container of alcohol and was taken into protective custody. Steven E. Roffo, 39, of Rockland, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody.

Wednesday, Aug. 14 — James Wesley Lancaster III, 40, of Vero Beach, Florida, was taken into protective custody. Justin Brown, 27, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct. Ari T. Fontaine, 23, of Goffstown, was charged with having an open container of alcohol and was taken into protective custody. Zackery Lemay, 19, of Londonderry, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol; a 15-year-old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession and use of tobacco products by a minor.

Thursday, Aug. 15 — Victoria Lee Sylvester, 21, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was charged with two counts of DUI and one count of aggravated DWI; Alisha Marie Schofield, 20, of Hudson, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Alissa Vogelsang, 21, of Derry, was charged with sale of alcohol to persons under 21 years old; Laurence Harding, 47, of Nashua, was charged with prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages; Bryce Scanlon, 20, of Nashua, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. John Spellman 32, of Woburn, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI. Sean M. Vogler, 40, of Salisbury, Massachusetts, was arrested on a bench warrant. Jeffrey S. Rofino, 42, of Hampton, was charged with duty to inform a change of address. Charlene M. Ceppi, 51, of Hull, Massachusetts, was arrested on a bench warrant. Christopher Palermo, 50, of Beverly, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody. Carolyn Duquette, 40, of West Springfield, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and was taken into protective custody.

Friday, Aug. 16 — Robyn Pierce, 39, of Ipswich, Massachusetts, was charged with possession of a controlled drug and two counts of DUI. Brett Taylor, 26, of Hampton, was charged with false alarm and aiding or abetting. Crystal Cassandra Weidler, 34, of Madison Heights, Virginia, was charged with disorderly conduct. Peterson Martins Cunha, 25, of Framingham, Massachusetts, was charged with conduct after an accident and making a false report to law enforcement. Colton Cole, 19, of Peabody, Massachusetts, was charged with theft. Michael J. Clooney, 61, of Hampton, was taken into protective custody. Brendan Hart, 20, of Andover, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

Saturday, Aug. 17 — Patrick Krystian Dziedzic, 22, of Windham, was taken into protective custody. Dean Rice, 23, and Adsitsaks Angus Lahache, 27, both of Quebec, were taken into protective custody. Edward Sullivan Jr., 25, of Milford, was taken into protective custody. Dylan Flesch, 25, of Nashua, was charged with burglary and receiving stolen property. Mary A. Dowd-Peacock, 67, of Hampton, was charged with three counts of DUI. James Andrew Beutel, 47, of Schenectady, New York, was charged with disorderly conduct and was taken into protective custody. Austin David Clapp, 21, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody. Jeffrey Green, 29, of Hampton, was taken into protective custody.

Sunday, Aug. 18 — John P. O'Brien, 52, of Hampton Falls, was charged with disorderly conduct and was taken into protective custody. Quincy Kezar, 27, of Meridian, Idaho, was charged with resisting arrest and was taken into protective custody. Alexander Richmond Flood, 24, of Rensselaer, New York, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and drug possession. Anthony Moschetti, 30, of Hampton, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention, and was taken into protective custody. Deborah J. Mcrdichian, 36, of Plaistow, was taken into protective custody. Julio Mendez, 29, of Revere, Massachusetts, was charged with domestic violence. Evelyn Brennan, 84, of Hampton, was taken into protective custody; Ronald Brennan, 86, of Hampton, was charged with DUI. Robert Batten, 45, of Centerville, Virginia, was charged with DUI and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. Steven C. Darling, 32, of Newmarket, was arrested on a bench warrant. Jermaine A. Polk, 36, of North Andover, Massachusetts, was charged with criminal threatening.
