Hampton Arrest Log: July 15-July 21
Arrests for disobeying police, drunken driving and assault were among incidents reported in the Hampton police logs last week,
HAMPTON, NH — The following arrests have been reported in the Hampton police log for July 15 to July 21. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.
Monday, July 15 — Norman Howard, 40, of Hampton, was charged with first-degree assault; Michael Lynch, 28, of Derry, was taken into protective custody. Syrus X. McCauley, 18, of Dover, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and was taken into protective custody. Robert K. Laidlaw, 20, of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, drug possession and transporting alcoholic beverages. Brad K. Bick, 48, of Hampton, was charged with recklessly causing bodily injury through domestic violence.
Tuesday, July 16 — Kelly Visconti, 47, of Leominister, Massachusetts, was charged with simple assault and was taken into protective custody. A 15-year-old was charged with receiving stolen property, two 14-year-olds were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and a 17-year-old was taken into protective custody. Josh Chase, 18, of Hampton, was charged with reckless operation.

Wednesday, July 17 — Drew Hankins, 30, of Newbury, was arrested on a bench warrant and two other warrants. Two 16-year-olds were taken into protective custody; Courtney Marie Orr-Moschen, 19, of Merrimack, was charged with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of alcohol. Eric David Hazell, 35, of Hampton, was charged with willful concealment and was arrested on a warrant. Robert Donahue, 49, of Spencer, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody. Steven J. Benoit, 55, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody.
Thursday, July 18 — No arrests reported by Hampton police.

Friday, July 19 — Marc-Andre Tanguay, 23, of Quebec, Canada, was charged with violating the town ordinance pertaining to loitering and disorderly conduct. Melissa C. McCassie, 25, of Fremont, was charged with injuring someone via domestic violence and also charged with simple assault. Garrett Perea, 25, of Winchester, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct and was taken into protective custody.
Saturday, July 20 — Oliva Small, 25, of Newbury, Massachusetts, was charged with simple assault and was taken into protective custody; Rachel A. Day, 21, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody. Dylan White, 32, of Middleborough, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody. Two 17-year-olds were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Christopher D. Greenwood, 36, of Hampton, was charged with driving under the influence and having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, and was taken into protective custody. A 16-year-old was charged with drug possession, reckless operation, theft of a vehicle, disobeying an officer and operating without a valid license. After a vehicle accident, a 17-year-old was charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Zachiary Nedeau, 27, of Seabrook, was charged with criminal trespass. Christine Tayag, 34, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with simple assault. Thomas Doucette, 19, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Caine Toupin, 18, of Plaistow, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and was taken into protective custody. Deborah J. Mgridichian, 36, of Plaistow, was taken into protective custody.
Sunday, July 21 — Cheryl A. Harasym, 55, of Manchester, was charged with having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, penalized for reportedly being in control of premises where a controlled drug was kept, and was arrested on a bench warrant. Sean M. CCarty, 37, of Hampton, was charged with having a domestic animal at large. Michelle L. Kent, 34, of Hampton, was charged with failure to obey inspection requirements, disobeying an officer, driving without giving proof and alcohol ignition interlock circumvention. A 17-year-old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Jake Allen Decoste, 19, of Rockland, Massachusetts, was charged with domestic assault.
