Hampton Arrest Log: Sept. 2-Sept. 8

Arrests in connection with theft, domestic violence and loitering were reported in Hampton in the past week.

HAMPTON, NH — The following items were selected from the Hampton police log. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, Sept. 2 — Kayla Faigh Miner, 28, of Manchester, was taken into protective custody. Jordan M. Lamprey, 21, of North Hampton, was charged with criminal liability for another, and John J. Mills, 28, of Hampton was charged with theft.

Tuesday, Sept. 3 — Lawrence F. Manley, 78, of Hampton, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI). Erica Hicks, 25, of Manchester, was penalized for alleged violation of a protective order. James Patrick Stewart, 55, of Half Moon, New York, was charged with domestic violence and second-degree assault, and was taken into protective custody.

Thursday, Sept. 5 — David J. Takesian, 52, of Hampton, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Friday, Sept. 6 — James W. Wright Jr., 64, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was charged with operating a boat under the influence. Michael Malone, 33, of Woburn, Massachusetts, was charged with simple assault and second-degree assault.

Saturday, Sept. 7 — Zachary Gunther, 35, of Seabrook, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention, and was taken into protective custody. Todd R. Poindexter, 31, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was charged with violating the town's loitering ordinance and was taken into protective custody. Yousef Jamal Na'Lawi, 28, of Hampton, was charged with domestic assault. Richard A. Chamberland, 53, of Newfields, was taken into protective custody. Lynne Anne Moore, 57, of Braintree, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI and aggravated driving while intoxicated (DWI). Ryan T. Kottke, 29, of Fitzwilliam, was charged with criminal threatening, and Brandon Kottke, 22, of Fitzwilliam, was charged with violating the town's loitering ordinance and was taken into protective custody. Raymond Blanton, 35, of Seabrook, was taken into protective custody.

Sunday, Sept. 8 — Dana A. Ambrose, 55, of Vergennes, Vermont, was charged with criminal trespass and was taken into protective custody. Alex Russett, 26, of Addison, Vermont, was charged with public urination or defecation and was taken into protective custody. Jamie Jordan, 28, of Farmington, was taken into protective custody. Emanuel Cambra, 29, of Bethel, Connecticut, was taken into protective custody. Livan I. Contreras, 21, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged with drug possession. Eric D. Hazell, 35, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant. Peter R. Mackey Jr., 32, of Manchester, was charged with conduct after an accident and criminal mischief.
