Hampton Beach Sand Sculptures On Display

Hampton Beach's 18th annual Master Sand Sculpting Classic was held over the weekend; the sculptures are on display through June 27.

HAMPTON, NH — Some of the best sand sculptures in the world are on display at Hampton Beach this month. The 18th annual Hampton Beach Master Sand Sculpting Classic was held this weekend, drawing artists from across the world. The first-place prize was awarded to Abe Waterman, of Prince Edward Island, Canada, for his sculpture “Temptation" depicting a woman wrapped in a vase. Waterman's sculpture was among five to receive awards.

The sculptures will be on display at Hampton Beach through June 27.
