Hampton Man Allegedly Shot Boy With Airsoft Gun
A Hampton man was recently indicted on 17 charges including assault of a 12-year-old boy with an Airsoft gun in Kensington.

HAMPTON, N.H. - A Hampton man was recently indicted on 17 charges including assault of a 12-year-old boy with an Airsoft gun in Kensington. According to the Union Leader, Kenneth W. Emmons, 41, of 283 High St., was indicted by a Rockingham County grand jury this month on three counts of second-degree assault, eight counts of domestic violence and two counts of criminal threatening.
He is accused of shooting the then 12-year-old boy with an airsoft gun on Jan. 28, 2017, March 11, 2017, and April 8, 2017, and causing welts and/or bruises. The indictments describe the relationship between Emmons and the boy as family or household members.
He allegedly struck the boy on the head on April 1, 2017 as well and grabbed his arm and threw him through a door sometime between May 1 and May 31, 2017, according to the indictments.

Emmons allegedly threatened to assault the child during that same time period and made assault threats again and repeatedly struck his buttocks with his hand between July 1 and July 4, 2017.
