Hampton Police Arrest Dozens During Fourth Of July: Arrest Log

Underage drinking, assaults and fake IDs were among dozens of arrests reported by Hampton police during the week of Fourth of July.

HAMPTON, NH — Police in Hampton have reported dozens of arrests over the past week on charges including underage drinking, assault, fake IDs and driving under the influence during the Fourth of July. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The Hampton police logs list the following incidents relating to arrests or detention via protective custody, as reported for the time period of July 1 to July 7.

Monday, July 1

  • Jason R. Spinelli, 22, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant.
  • Katherine A. Grant, 52, of Hopkinton, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, criminal trespass and three counts of simple assault.

Tuesday, July 2

  • Paul Michaud, 45, of Seabrook, was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.
  • Michael Paul Allen, 41, of North Hampton, was charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested on a bench warrant.
  • Angela M. Martinelli, 39, of Portsmouth, was charged with two counts of domestic assault and simple assault.

Wednesday, July 3

  • Napapath Chalermthong, 22, of Laconia, was charged with DUI.
  • Amy R. Carlino, 31, of Cranston, Rhode Island, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.
  • Cathleen Lea Fortin, 32, of Hampton, was charged with drug possession.
  • Jeremy J. McCormack, 19, of Pittsfield, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • John Hopping, 18, of Kittery, Maine, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • Christopher Grandmaison, 33, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI.

  • Jordan St. Amand, 21, of Manchester, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and was arrested on a bench warrant.
  • Anny Arroyo, 35, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • John Michael Schatzel, 34, of Tonopah, Nevada, was taken into protective custody.
  • Jason Adams, 37, of Haverhill, was cited for a violation pertaining to the loitering and disorderly conduct ordinance, and was charged with resisting arrest or detention.
  • Derek Deadder, 29, of Windham, was charged with simple assault.
  • Ludlow, Massachusetts, residents Nicholas Glazier, 19, Nicholas W. Devine, 19, Arthur R. Alves, 18, and Dominic A. Coelho, 20, were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol; Glazier and Devine were also charged with manufacture, possession or sale of false ID.
  • Dijuan D. Jackson, 44, of Dorcester, Massachusetts, was charged with criminal threatening, simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, and was taken into protective custody.
  • Hunter Espinosa, 19, of Framingham, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and drug possession
  • Nicolas Joseph Emmanuel, 20, of Haverhill, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • Nicholas A. Lacava, 19, of Auburn, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • John Taddeo, 34, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was charged with DUI and resisting arrest.
  • A 16-year-old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • Christopher M. Warner, 30, of Haverhill, was taken into protective custody.
  • Andrew De Leon, 19, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and two counts of simple assault.

  • Doug Decosta, 39, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and was taken into protective custody; Samuel J. Millard, 23, of Exeter, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, and was taken into protective custody.

  • Angela M. Deluca, 33, of Seabrook, was charged with conduct after an accident, possession of a controlled drug and two counts of DUI.
  • Julie Inglis-Somers, 39, of Kingston, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody.
  • Jason Bakoian, 37, of Nahant, Massachusetts, was arrested on a bench warrant and taken into protective custody.
  • Joshua R. Haggerty, 31, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of DUI.
  • Robert Thomas Ackert, 20, of Barre, Massachusetts, was taken into protective custody.
  • Celestina Goldie Concha Sarten, 25, of Leominster, Massachusetts, was charged with having an open alcohol container in a vehicle, operating without a valid license and two counts of DUI.
  • Krystal Rae Wixson, 19, of Framingham, Massachusetts, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
  • Hezha Abdullah, 31, of Manchester, was charged with having an open alcohol container in a vehicle.
