The town of Hampton on Thursday will celebrate the completion of its new, energy efficient wastewater pump station with a ceremony and a tour of the facility on Church Street at 10 a.m.
The new station – which is near the water tower – is designed to provide more efficient waste water treatment while at the same time reducing overall maintenance and energy costs for taxpayers.
